Clean, good basic breakfast and friendly helpful staff. Good location. Within easy reach of ferry’s and train station and main areas. Could do with an update, especially the gym and hotel guests should have free use of the spa.

My Husband and I stayed in the Hotel Beau Sejour for six nights and enjoyed a lovely holiday.Initially we found our room dark and the view was not what we expected.However,having requested a change the next day we were given another room with vew of the Pool and the lovely gardens in the Hotel thanks to Jessica & Stephanie in Reception.Hotel very quiet,which suited us,Breakfast was lovely each morning.Reception Staff were very helpful and pleasant but rest of staff were not too friendly.Overall though,this Hotel is good value for where it is and we would recommend it.

Not sure what the previous negative reviews were about. Great value for money. Clean and tidy. Good continental breakfast and all within a short distance of the centre. Only negative was not being able to eat or drink in room - in all the hotels I've stayed in over many years I have never had such a rule practised.

It's a hotel in Cannes, that's about it.

Location is about all that's good, and the walk is still about 10 min. The staff is a little rough around the edges. Drinks at the bar are expensive and are made by the reception. The rooms feel like a cheap motel. The pool area is very small enough for 12 people. Never the less you are in Cannes good food and beaches.

A good and reasonably priced stay hdh

Good experience at the hotels. Staff friendly and hotel and pool were just right for our short stay. They do however state no outside food/drinks to be consumed in the hotel/rooms but they are. It always serving food either.

Lovely friendly welcome

This hotel has a really cosy feel with the staff making you feel really welcome. The terrace, garden and pool were a lovely places to relax and were never too crowded. Expedia didn't make it clear that use of the spa isn't included for hotel guests, but it's worth paying the €20 just once for the experience. The wifi was pretty poor and kept dropping out or was too slow. The location of the hotel was great for a little stroll down to the streets of restaurants each night, and wasn't too far from the seafront either.

Lovely Hotel close to beach with beautiful garden.

We weren't sure about this hotel when booking !but we were delighted when we arrived ! the garden and pool were lovely well cared for ... our room was spacious lovely and clean ,with veranda and sea view . The staff were absolutely lovely could not do enough for you ! Also a great breakfast . Definetly going back next year !would recommend !!four star service .

Staff and Shabbiness let it down

Nice pool in a nice hotel but nothing special. The staff are quite rude especially the elderly french woman and the night porter. This could be a great hotel if they put more effort in but judging by the hotel and staff they don't seem to care much for it.

Mixed review

The hotel overall is very nice and the staff at the desk are all very friendly and helpful. The gardens are lovely and the general condition of the hotel is good but the room was not very clean. The dust was thick in places and we had to clean the bathroom on our arrival. I would consider staying here again to give it another chance but I would not feel confident recommending it to someone else. The hotel is in a great location although the less mobile would perhaps find it a bit tricky. If the room had been cleaner I would have had no qualms about recommending it to others.

Ideal for a restful weekend in the sun

For a long weekend to relax in the sun this hotel with its peaceful gardens and pool was ideal. Service was polite and efficient. No restaurant but this is not a problem in Cannes which is brimming with excellent restaurants. Would go again.

Het hotel zit in een overgangsfase en dat merk je. Wat erg veel goedmaakte was onze kamer, wel gedateerd maar met prima werkende geruisloze airco, ruim balkon, ligbad, prachtig uitzicht op de mooi onderhouden tuin waar men heerlijk kon ontbijten en vertoeven, het zwembad en de zee. Bedden,harde handdoeken, vloerbedekking waren een minpunt. Alles was er en elke dag werd de kamer keurig gedaan. Het ontbijt was goed en voldoende maar kan zeker beter. De ligging van het hotel is perfect, supermarkt en ov om de hoek en verder het fijne Midi-strand en alles op loopafstand. We hebben een geweldige vakantieweek gehad en komen graag terug. Naar een vriendelijk en gastvrij Hotel Beauséjour, met een warm welkom en de nodige moderne aanpassingen van deze tijd.

Mange kjedelige og dyre overraskelser

Rommet hadde stor balkong med nydelig utsikt, og rommet hadde fungerende air condition. Det var ikke mulig å sjekke inn 1 min før tida, og vi fikk heller ikke mulighet til sen utsjekking. Til tross for dette så vi nesten aldri noen andre gjester på hotellet, så det virket langt fra fullt. På rommet stod det et skilt om at man ikke hadde lov til å nyte mat eller drikke på rommet (!). Og skulle man gjøre det fikk man et bot på 50€, for desinfeksjon. Da vi ankom hotellet måtte vi betale et gebyr på €5.60, uten at jeg egentlig forstod hvorfor, da det på hotels.com stod at oppholdet var ferdig betalt. Det var ikke lov å henge noen klær eller håndklær på balkongen, selv for tørking, til tross for at hotellet har basseng. Dette stod det et skilt om på balkongen. De ansatte var hyggelige, men ikke behjelpelige med noe. Frokost var ikke inkludert, og dyr.
