## Neighborhood
Appartement situé au coeur du vieil Antibes, à l'entrée du marché Provençal. Il est traversant, les chambres donnant rue Guillaumont et sont totalement au calme.
En plein coeur de la vieille ville, vous avez toutes les activités autour de vous.
Vous aimerez ĂȘtre au plein coeur de notre jolie ville d'Antibes.
Le marché provençal est un incontournable pour goûter aux saveurs locales (épices, socca, légumes de la régions, tapenade...).
Les boutiques souvenirs, les plages bien sûr, les jolies balades sur les remparts lors d'un feu d'artifice, le musée Picasso, le quai des milliardaires au port Vauban, le fort Carré. Il y en a pour tous les goûts, visuels et pour ceux qui aiment un bon repas ou tout simplement se balader....
Vous trouverez de nombreux bars/pubs tout autour du port et de nombreux restaurants...

Juan les pins est Ă  5 min en voiture.
Cannes est Ă  15-20 min.
Nice et l'aéroport à 25 min.
Pour Monaco et la frontiĂšre Italienne, compter 1h par l'autoroute.

## Transit
Le port Vauban est Ă  400 m de l'appartement, vous pourrez stationner au parking privĂ© Qpark " PrĂ© des PĂ©cheurs – Port Vauban".
Il est trĂšs difficile de vous garer dans la vieille ville, et ce parking est le plus proche.
Important : Des forfaits stationnement vous sont proposés si vous réservez via le site internet et leurs prix sont moins chers en pré-réservation.
La gare d'Antibes est Ă  10-15 min Ă  pied en longeant le port Vauban.

Beautifiul Antibes

The location next to the market was perfect for me. Every day I would walk through the market and greet all of the great people who work there. Coffee cafes are at the end. One of the staff, Houssam, walked me to the apartment when I arrived and pulled my luggage. I found a lovely boutique a block away called Goubi and spent happy hours there. The train station is not far and the trains to all of the nearby villages are frequent. Thank you to Houssom for assisting me.

We loved our stay. The apartment has personality and style. The location is superb if you like being close to everything. Loved looking out the windows at the lifestyle unfolding below. Also had a friendly bird visit us daily which we enjoyed!

Beware of the troll downstairs

The location and apartment are great. Parking is not as close as we were told. The guy that lives downstairs is an angry troll. We were VERY quiet and he pounded on our door screaming in our face as soon as we open the door - that we were running around and walking too loud. We honestly were not. He then decided to play heavy metal music very loudly the rest of the weekend. Joke was on him and honestly proved our point as we could only hear the music when the apartment door was open. So, obviously the floors are thick enough to block sound. Other than that the aprentment was good.

Short stay in Antibes

Great communication with owner who answered any questions promptly - including on the day of arrival when they allowed us to check in early and get in out of the rain. Really good location and with the bedrooms being at the back of the property it was quiet despite overlooking the market. The only issue we had with the stay was the strong smell from the drains - i dont know if this is common for Antibes. Keeping the bathroom door closed at all times did help.

Antibes at its best

We came for a business stage during MIPIM, and the first and last two days of our stay we only spent the nights in the appartment. The days in between were real holidays, and that‘s when the place is really amazing. Two steps from the market hall and close to lots of Restaurants and bars you can absolutely enjoy Antibes. The most convenient aspect (coming by car) is the car parking access for free that really made our days. No worries where to put the Van in the medieval heart of town 😎
