Perfect location for a visit to Cannes

Comfortable, fully equipped apartment with essential shops almost on-site. Cannes centre is easily reached either on foot or by bus. The Croisette (the famous sea-front promenade) is only five minutes walk and is currently being re-developed. As the bus stops right outside the apartment block, we hardly used the car at all. Although the apartment is on the fourth floor, there is a lift so no problems with bags. Isabelle, the owner, was extremely helpful and answered all our queries very quickly.

Summer Holiday 2022

We spent 2 weeks in Isabelle's house. It's tiny but well equipped and tided up. Its position is fantastic, very close to the most famouse beaches in Cannes and of course to the Croisette too. Closed to the house there are some shops as a small super market and a very delicous bakery. The parking is always available on the streets and it's free too.

Hat alles gepasst

Die Parkplatzsuche kann zur Geduldsprobe werden aber letztlich haben wir in den umliegenden Straße immer eine LĂŒcke gefunden. BĂ€ckerei und ein Lebensmittelmarkt sind gleich ĂŒber die Straße und zum Strand lĂ€uft man 15 Minuten völlig entspannt, einfach aus der Anlage heraus und die Straße gerade hinunter. Die Wohnung ist sehr stimmig und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts.

Ideaal verblijf voor 2 pers..

Het appartement is volledig uitgerust met alle mogelijke apparaten: airc, koffiezet, Nespresso, mixer/fruitcutter, moderne keuken met vaatwasser en inductiekookplaat ... gewoon te veel om op te noemen. Ook de decoratie is met smaak gekozen. Vriendelijk en correct onthaal door buurvrouw Oana. Al het nodige, bakker, beenhouwer Carrefour, strand, parking: op wandelafstand. Wij vonden het een aanrader.

TrÚs joli appartement bien situé

Immeuble un peu ancien (donc assez mal isolĂ© phoniquement) mais appartement refait Ă  neuf , bien dĂ©corĂ© et bien amĂ©nagĂ©. La salle de bain est cependant un peu petite mais on s'y fait vite; sauf le mitigeur de douche qui aurait dĂ» ĂȘtre changĂ© car robinet de rĂ©glage de tempĂ©rature trĂšs dur Ă  manipuler voire impossible pour quelqu'un qui n'a pas la force nĂ©cessaire! Le quartier est rĂ©sidentiel et calme et le balcon, exposĂ© ouest sans vis Ă  vis est un peu Ă©troit mais quand mĂȘme Ă©quipĂ© d'une chaise longue et d'une table oĂč on peut dĂ©jeuner Ă  deux. Le sĂ©jour a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs agrĂ©able.

Belle apparte mais dommage pour les bonne maniĂšres

Avant d Ă©crire mon apprĂ©ciation j ai pris une petite pĂ©riode de recule de 10 jours pour Ă©crire le commentaire le plus objectivement possible ;Le sĂ©jour c est bien passĂ© jusqu'au jour du dĂ©part:la veille il Ă©tait convenu avec la dame qui gĂšre dans l absence de la propriĂ©taire de reprendre les clĂ©s Ă  8h50 mais sans prĂ©venir (mĂȘme pas un sms)le matin il y a une personnes qui se prĂ©sente pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer les clĂ©s mais sans le chĂšque de garantie (Ă©tant juste une cousine, de la personne qui gĂšre, elle serait pas capable de faire l Ă©tat des lieux ). Sur cela j accepte pas puisque la propriĂ©taire m a donnĂ© un contact avec qui je dois gĂ©rĂ© et je demande le chĂšque pour donner les clĂ©s et que j aime pas les surprises. Et lĂ  la dame arrive apres une heure en me hurlant dessus (oui elle m hurle dessus sans exagĂ©ration ) qu elle etait a l hĂŽpital pour une intervention sur la jambe de son fils sur cela je lui dit que je serais passĂ© a l hĂŽpital si elle m aurait prĂ©venu avant mais j accepte pas de laissĂ© les clĂ©s chez une personne sans que la propriĂ©taire soit au courant et bien entendu elle me crie dessus et elle me dit que la propriĂ©taire est au courant de mon comportement (finalement c est moi la fautive de pas laissĂ© les clĂ©s a madame X)et aprĂšs que je lui ai remis les clĂ©s elle dit qu il manque le double alors que je lui ai donnĂ© il y a 2 minutes et sur cela je lui demande de vĂ©rifier et elle dit qu elle ne les as pas et que je devais fouiller les poubelles et que je les aient probablement jetĂ© alors qu lors que je lui demande de vĂ©rifier elle les avaient dans sa poche et apres avoir trouvĂ© l appartement propre et que rien ne manque elle m as donnĂ© le chĂšque de garantie et elle hurle SORTEZ SORTEZ. Je conseille vivement a n importe qui de ne pas louĂ© si le propriĂ©taire ne gĂšre pas lui mĂȘme et c est vraiment dommage car l appartement est bien situĂ© et que semblait ĂȘtre bien avant qu on a voulu nous faire fouiller les poubelles (qui entre parenthĂšses Ă©tait vide et propre car j ai nettoyer l apparte le jours j-1) mais je suis comptante de ne pas avoir donnĂ© les clĂ©s a une inconnue.(la derniĂšre fois lorsque j ai louĂ© Ă  Montpellier et que c est le propriĂ©taire qui gĂ©rĂ© son appartement il m as mĂȘme fĂ©liciter pour la propretĂ© des lieux). Vraiment dommage.

Top bestemming

Gastvrouw was heel vriendelijk alles duidelijk uitgelegd. Echt alles is te vinden in het appartement. Echt een thuis gevoel. Ook parkeren hadden wij geen moeite mee. Strand echt op loopafstand. Ook supermarkt! Wij hebben een top vakantie gehad! Super 9 voor deze accomodatie. Ook communicatie met de eigenaar ging super goed.

Beautiful apartment with a few flaws

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location is great just a few minutes walk to the beach and the city centre. The supermarket is across the street. But unfortunately there was a little misunderstanding about the parking spot. It's not a private parking space, it's just a public street with parking slots on its side. Some days we spent 20 minutes to find one. The couches and chairs were uncomfortable and you could feel that many people sat on it before. Despite these negative points it was a great holiday trip in Cannes.

La casa Ăš accogliente e calda. Elettrodomestici funzionanti alla perfezione. Buona la posizione, sotto casa ci sono un ristorante, una farmacia, una panetteria e fermata dell'autobus per raggiungere il centro. Bagno un po' piccolo. Geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, sehr gute Lagen zum Meer und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Wir haben uns in dem Appartment sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, alles war vorhanden samt hilfsbereiten und freundlichem Jean Michel, der einem vor Ort alles zeigt. Die Einrichtung fanden wir sehr ansprechend, eine Mischung aus modern, Kunst an den WĂ€nden und antiken Möbeln. Die Lage perfekt und im Oktober war es kein Problem immer einen Parkplatz zu finden. Kurzer Weg ans Meer und die Croisette, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke , Cannes Zentrum fußlĂ€ufig zu errreichen. Das Bett prima, wir haben gut geschlafen. Mit ein bisschen GerĂ€uschen von der Strasse muss man aber rechnen. Die Wohnung hat ein gutes Preis- LeistunsverhĂ€ltnis und wir wĂŒrden wieder dort wohnen wollen. Danke. Andrea und Michael
