Please note, the apartment condo is on the top 4th floor; the elevator goes up to the 3rd floor. To get to the apartment condo, use the last stairs from the 3rd to the 4th floor.

NOTE - HOUSE RULES:
• For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation. A visitor's and an occupancy agreement must be signed after the reservation, accepting the above house rules and ordinances.
