Apartment located in the Les Terrasses du Levant residence, with direct access to the beach (50 m) with no road to cross. It consists of a fully equipped American kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, hob, washing machine), a small pantry, a living room with flat screen color TV, 2 independent bedrooms , equipped with 2 double beds, one with terrace access, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. Air conditioning makes it perfectly pleasant in case of high heat.

Appartement idéalement situé

Effectivement cet appartement est idéalement situé car les commerces sont proches, et l’accès pour les visites est très faciles. Par contre d’après la photo de présentation je pensais être face à la mer, mais non, oui on la voyais mais il fallait se pencher au balcon. Nous avons eu quelques ennuis, fourmis, fuite du lave vaisselle et cuvette des WC pas top. Heureusement la personne en charge de nous accueillir a tout fait pour rémédier à ces problèmes. Pour les fourmis il a fallu laisser les ordures sur le balcon, elle a réparé la fuite et on s’est contenté de la cuvette décalé. Cela ne nous a pas eméché de passer un excellent séjour, mais quand même bien déçu pour le prix payé.

Bel appartement bien équipé, belle grande terrasse belle vue ; très bon emplacement proche mer, très calme , climatisation appréciée Seul bémol : Par grosses chaleurs, la terrasse n'est malheureusement pas utilisable ni pour déjeuner ni pour dîner le soir car le soleil tape tout l'après midi ; il serait judicieux d'ajouter à minima un parasol puis des stores ou de la végétation

l'impression d'être VRAIMENT en vacances

l'appartement de notre hôte est, non seulement, conforme aux photos, mais mieux encore quand on s'y retrouve à y vivre. il est équipé de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un excellent séjour.rien ne manque.les précédents locataires laissent toujours des produits de base qui, en général, vous manquent quand vous arrivez dans une location telle que celle-ci.en espérant que cet esprit de convivialité perdure... la pièce à vivre donne sur un balcon avec vue mer et montagne, ce qui vous régale dès le réveil.la plage est située juste en bas de la résidence avec tous les commerces à moins de deux minutes à pied. à l'intérieur tout vous fait sentir comme chez vous. les deux chambres sont très agréables, avec un petit plus pour celle qui donne sur le balcon. la sensation de se sentir toujours en vacances prédomine. un grand merci à notre hôte pour nous faire partager ceci ainsi qu'à jessica dont la courtoisie est peu commune. en espérant y revenir le plus tôt possible.

Très jolie location avec 2 / 3 petits bémols mineurs qui pourront être vite corrigés

L'arrivée pour prendre possession de l'appartement à été un peu compliquée car la personne chargée de nous accueillir n'a pas été très claire dans ses directives (nous ne connaissions pas la Résidence...) ainsi que pour la place de parking que nous ne connaissions pas non plus, la personne pensait que forcément nous étions aux faits de tout cela. Après 10 minutes, pour lui expliquer que nous étions novices, elle a enfin compris pourquoi nous ne nous comprenions pas du tout. L'appartement est Spacieux, Propre, très lumineux et fonctionnel, avec beaucoup de petits plus, comme les produits d'entretiens, lessive, produits de premières nécessité... pour qui veut bien cuisiner !! La terrasse est très spacieuse aussi avec une vue magnifique sur la plage et la mer. Un petit bémol pour le WIFI que nous n'avons eu que 6 jours au début du séjour, mes 2 grands enfants étaient forcément mécontents. Soucis aussi avec le grand volet roulant de la pièce de vie qui s'est complètement coincé, impossible de le relever complètement et pour le fermer avec la manivelle il fallait vraiment de la force dans les bras. La baie vitrée était particulièrement difficile à ouvrir et fermer dès le 1er jour. Nous vous l'avons de suite signalé et vs avez envoyé une personne pour venir constater les réparations à effectuer dès le lendemain matin. Etant en vacances nous vous avons demandé de faire faire les travaux après notre départ pour ne pas avoir à attendre le réparateur et surtout rester dans la location pendant les travaux et vous avez été très compréhensif, je vous en remercie. Nous pensons aussi qu'il manque cruellement du rangement dans la petite chambre sans fenêtre car il n'y en a aucun. Une armoire avec penderie serait parfaite et il y a largement de la place en bout de lit. Mes 2 grands enfants "squattaient" le sol avec leurs sacs et affaires en vrac... Je pense que vous pouvez très vite y remédier sans trop de frais. L'année prochaine, nous souhaiterions relouer l'appartement pour notre famille de 4 personnes car il est dans l'ensemble très chouette et pratique pour l'accès à la plage. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances à Canet ! Nos échanges ont toujours été très courtois et constructifs car vous êtes très à l'écoute de vos locataires et agréable au téléphone.
