Overall our stay was very nice. Upon arrival we were told of all the dining options. The pizza shop is no longer in service and Italian restaurant was not open for the first few nights of our stay. The resort itself checked all of the boxes. The pools were nice, plenty of seating available. We went to three of the (included) dining options for dinner, all were nice, but came with lengthy wait times and the food wasn’t as warm as we’d have liked, but still a nice option outside of the buffet. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only slight letdowns were the lack of hot water in the rooms, we took cold showers all week, and the nightly activities and shows were a bit lackluster. Overall it was a nice stay, beautiful resort and amazing views! We traveled with three kids (13, 11, and 9), and the resort was able to secure us two neighboring rooms.

Great place to stay!

Our butler, Jessica, was absolutely amazing. she help us out in every way possible. Same with Maribel, the receptionist manager, she help me with a room change and did everything possible to make it rights. These two ladies plus the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing to have help us make our stay the best possible. our favorite restaurant was the hibachi restaurant. The buffet was pretty good too. Pool was great. be careful of when you go! it was Sargass season (seaweed) and the smell was not good. Not the hotel's fault. Amenities were as promised. Due to the Sargass, don't stay in the Villas or you'll be dowsed with their smell and cannot escape it. Go for a high floor in the Royal tower or Premier tower and the smell won't be an issue. we're definitely coming back!!

We really enjoyed although some stuff weren’t as good as we thought it would be like for example, the food some days were good some days we’re not but they didn’t change the experience that we had. I totally recommend it’s safe. It’s beautiful. It’s awesome and has everything included, which is really good

The food options were OK. The Italian was the best portions and had a small buffet with it. The Japanese was very small portions so much so, we went to buffet later in the night. You had to make reservations for the hibachi part, we tried but could never get one. The staff at the restaurants most were all amazing.

The experience at Grand Park Royal luxury resort was nothing short of fantastic . We originally booked the swim up suite but decided to take advantage of our free upgrade to the Premium Suite which was breathtaking . Our butler Jessica did an amazing job. Damian the bartender at the rooftop lounge is fantastic as well as Christian at the Lobby bar . The food was great however I feel like the room service options could’ve been a little better . Highly recommend the breakfast at the buffet . French Toast was so good , bacon crispy and the green juice OMG .Amazing . They also serve hot dogs , burgers, pizza , wings etc daily at the pool grill . Burgers were kind of on the Mondo Burger size aka HUGE but if that’s your thing you will like it .
