Did not stay at all as they refused to move my date one day forward (as I made error) without charging me an additional money on top of the new date charge. I called five minutes after. I also have had best western tell me it is hotels.coms choice to transfer paid fee to next night and Hotels.com says it is the hotels discission. NO HELP form either and done with both.

The room was comfortable and clean while being dog friendly. The outside are was easy to walk around and it was quick to get to downtown Williams while enjoying the woods outside.

Great mountain stop for night.

Very nice hotel in a beautiful setting. Western mountain theme with wonderful displays of Native People’s art and history. Great steak house that is frequented by locals. Warm and welcoming staff.

Sheets didn't appear to be washed. Asked for another set to change myself. They were short handed so I had to go to the front desk to pick up clean ones. Office said driers burn the sheets and leave marks but sheets had debris stuck to them. Maybe washed but definitely put back on still dirty if that was the case.
