"After reading the reviews I thought I was going to turn up to a crotty cold place but I was pleasantly surprised. It doesn't have anywhere about limited accessibility on the booking website so if you have mobility issues don't stay here as it's lots of stairs. The bedroom was small put perfectly formed everything you need for a couple of nights stay. Clean and tidy nice white towels and crisp sheets. Down side is a shared bathroom in the middle of the night that was very small. I'm 5"9 and struggled to squeeze into the shower. The shower head was cracked so really hot water came out of one side. The staff were really nice and helpful and the location is really good. I had to park in the multistory carpark which cost me £25 over night. Annoying that on the booking website it said breakfast avalanche which was one of the reasons I showed it but on arrival there was a sign saying words to the affect of " No breakfast will be served tomorrow and no guests have booked" It wasn't made clear that you had to book in advance. I would have slept really well if it wasn't for the binmen came at 5am to get all the glass recycling Tuesday morning and woke me up with a start and couldn't get back to sleep again. It's good that there's a fan in the room as it was quite clammy in the night."
