Plaza Santa Ponsa Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

Housekeeping a little off on this stay room not cleaned fully one day and asked 3 times over a couple of days for coffee milk and sugar to be replenished. Eventually had to collect milk myself from reception. Everything else was good though. Nice breakfast and staff always very pleasant.

The reception were abrupt the life guard was rude also saying you couldnt sit by the childrens pool the pool water was so cold and the outside space was shaded it was a something and nothing place to stay however it had a good location.Oh and there was blood marks on the sheets.

Pictures are not what the hotel used to be. Rooms are old and not clean anymore. Very loudy as well you can hear everything. The positive thing was that the staff was really helpful 5 stars for them!!
