Beautiful apartment exactly like the photo, it was extremely well equipped and clean- everything we wanted. Even though it was a bit difficult to find I would 100% recommend and return to this apartment.

Très bel appartement avec vue magnifique

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement. Il est très fonctionnel et bien équipé (très bonne literie). Tout était très propre à notre arrivée et surtout, la vue depuis la terrasse était magnifique. La communication avec la propriétaire a été très bonne. Nous n'hésiterons pas à le relouer si nous retournons à Calvi.

Wunderschöner Blick und absolut ruhig

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung mit Blick auf Calvi, Strand, Zitadelle und Berge. Zu Fuß sind es ca. 2km bis Calvi, ist aber zu schaffen. Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich hoch, ist super ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. schöne Wohnung, toller Ausblick

Das Haus/die Wohnung sind noch recht neu. Vermutlich ca. 5-7 Jahre alt und daher auch in einem guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig und alle Wohn-Schlafräume sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Was definitiv fehlt, ist ein Kehrblech und Handfeger. Wenn man den hereingetragenen Sand mit dem Besen zusammengefegt hat, muss man ihn mit dem Staubsauger aufsaugen, weil es kein Kehrblech gibt. Der Staubsauger hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich, die Borsten für Hartböden gibt es nicht mehr, was sehr kratzende Geräusche beim Staubsaugen verursacht. Zudem ist der Staubsaugerbeutel wohl schon länger nicht mehr gewechselt worden, denn bei längerem Betrieb riecht die Abluft sehr unangenehm. Was aber wirklich nervt, ist das WLAN. Es bricht ständig ab. Es ist nicht mal möglich vernünftig Radio zu hören (streamen) und erst recht kein Magenta TV, um auch mal Nachrichten zu gucken. In der Wohnung gibt es nämlich nur französisches Fernsehen. In den Bewertungen wird das unterirdische WLAN seit Jahren angesprochen und seit Jahren Besserung versprochen. Passiert ist nichts. Was mich sehr verwundert hat, ist 1 Wäschepaket für 2 Wochen. Ich weiß ja nicht wie lange man in Frankreich für gewöhnlich seine Handtücher benutzt…. Also mussten wir Waschmittel kaufen, um unsere Handtücher zwischendurch waschen zu können. Das hatte ich in über 40 Jahren Urlaub noch nie! Aufgrund der Klimaanlage konnten wir die Bettwäsche 2 Wochen benutzen. Der Wäscheständer wäre auch zu klein gewesen.

Tolle 7 Tage in Calvi

Wir wurden sehr freundlich zur Übergabe der Wohnung empfangen. Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief gründlich aber dennoch stressfrei. Alles befindet sich in einem guten Zustand. Der Vermieter war die gesamte Zeit über sehr hilfsbereit. Der Ausblick vom Balkon über Calvi ist einfach nur Traumhaft. Bis in die Stadt sind es ungefähr 2km. Gerne wieder.

Un appartement au top

Un appartement idéalement situé à l'écart du centre ville, sur les hauteurs de Calvi avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Parfaitement équipé niveau électroménager et vaisselle, cependant il manque juste une plancha. Propriétaire très accueillante et sympathique. Je recommande. Excellent séjour.

Très bon emplacement proche de la pointe de la Revellata, accessible à pieds pour ceux qui aiment marcher un peu, en retrait de l'agitation du centre de Calvi, donc très au calme. Très belle vue mer dont on ne lasse pas. Très bel appartement avec de beaux espaces, avec une grande terrasse, Propreté +++, équipement de la cuisine +++, qualité des couchages+++. Tout était parfait, y compris la disponibilité et les compétences du propriétaire quand nous avons rencontré un petit problème avec un volet roulant. Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Superb appartment near Calvi

I spent a week in this apartment in early August with my family, two adults and 3 children. The apartment is very nice and is perfectly equipped. It is just as you can see in the pictures. The access is easy, although you have to travel about 500m on a dirt road. That's normal in Corsica, no problem! Aurelie has been a very attentive hostess and has adapted perfectly to our changing arrival times. It is important to point out that the apartment is a couple of kilometres from Calvi. It is possible to go on foot, but I do not recommend it. Otherwise, the views are spectacular, the apartment is spacious and the terrace very comfortable. The only drawback is that the wifi connection is very bad, but that is something simple to solve.
