Bienvuenu in CORSICA, in this spacious T3 of 74 m2 located in the heart of CALVI

It is located in a recent and secure luxury residence, was completely refurbished in 2020, fully air-conditioned.
The kitchen is fitted and equipped. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a sofa bed is in the main room.
The proximity to the city, the beach, the port, shops, restaurants and bars allows you to do everything on foot.
A real car-free holiday!you can leave your vehicle in a private parking space.

On the terrace you can have your meals and enjoy a view of the park and its hundred-year-old pine trees.
The swimming pool is exclusively reserved for residents (bracelets) open from May to October, supervised in July and August.
A private parking space is reserved for you
Cleaning is extra and mandatory for 80 euros to be paid on arrival.
A deposit of 1000 euros (not cashed) will be requested at the time of handing over the keys and will be returned to you upon your departure if no damage is found

Awesome property, loads of space in quiet secure complex. Very close to beach and grocery shopping. 15 minutes walk into town centre.

A week in Calvi in September

Calvi is a beautiful place with a lot of things to do, in and around. The calvais (poeple from Calvi) are wellcoming and.like to talk with turists. You can eat good food for a medium priceans anlways in a nice.place (port.or town) The flat was exceptionnel, quiet and beautiful, very fonctional ! And near beauc and town.I will come back there 😊

Schönes, ruhiges Appartment mit einem Hauch Pinie in der Luft, da der Balkon direkt am Pinienhain liegt.In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Strand, in 7 Minuten am Supermarkt Super U und in 15 Minuten in den Restaurants am Hafen und in der Altstadt. Man kann also alles zu Fuß machen und braucht eigentlich kein Auto. Der Pool der Wohnanlage mit Bademeister ist ideal fĂŒr Kinder. Der Strand ist auch sehr flach und fast ohne Wellen mit einem schönen Blick auf die Altstadt und die Berge. Außergewöhnlich gut war auch die Sauberkeit des Appartments. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. In der Wohnung alles, was man braucht. Sehr gerĂ€umig mit großen Balkon. Das Masterbed nur 1,90 lang (bin ĂŒber 2 Meter groß) Das Alternativbett 2 m.

GĂ©nial cette location, nous Ă©tions 2 et avons pleinement profitĂ© de Calvi, on gare la voiture et on peut tout faire Ă  pied, courses, plage, balade dans le Centre, vraiment top Tout est pensĂ© dans l’appart pour des vacances rĂ©ussies, vaisselle, confort, tout est confortable Nous n’avons pas essayĂ© la piscine, elle n’est pas trĂšs grande et a juste Ă©tĂ© conçue pour les enfants RĂ©sidence trĂšs sĂ©curisĂ©e, Ă©videmment le soir, tout le monde sur la terrasse, il y a une certaine promiscuitĂ©, on s’adapte ! Appartement moderne et parfaitement équipé. La localisation idéale permet de découvrir Calvi et ses environs à pieds. Chantal nous a accueilli avec soin. La piscine et la terrasse sont les gros +. Je recommande fortement !
