DESCRIPTION



Pleasant villa with private pool and sea views in Calpe, with capacity to accommodate up to 4 people. All living spaces are located on a single upper floor, with the ground floor remaining closed and uninhabited during the stay. Situated in a quiet residential area, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday close to essential services.



INTERIOR



The entire living space is set on one floor. It features a living-dining room equipped with satellite TV and DTT, air conditioning, and direct access to a covered terrace with views of the sea and pool area. The separate kitchen is equipped with gas hobs.



The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one bedroom with two single beds and a second bedroom with a double bed, featuring an en-suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub and direct access to the terrace. The property includes a second independent bathroom, also equipped with a bathtub.



Regarding air conditioning, the property features one air conditioning unit in the living-dining room and another air conditioning unit in the hallway to help cool the bedrooms when internal doors remain open. The bedrooms do not have individual air conditioning units.

The ground floor of the villa remains closed and uninhabited during the rental period.
