She continued to talk on the phone and not acknoedge us other than to say ‘drivers license and credit card’ while continuing her conversation. She handed us our room key while talking on her personal call. She didn’t tell us our room number, how to get there, etc."

"This was the 2nd summer vacation our family enjoyed at this VRBO. Everything is great for us here. We arrive prepared not to leave for the whole week. The location is very relaxing, the lake is spring-fed, the kitchen has everything we need, and we love the kayaks. "

"We stayed in this house for a bass fishing tournament. There was a boat ramp very close by and the dock is great to sunbathe and swim (there is no electric, so we did not utilize it for the boat since we had to charge every night). We had room for 3 vehicles and a boat in the driveway/garage, but I'm not sure you'd want more than that.The kids (ages 10, 13, and 13) had a ball playing pool, ping pong, and cornhole. The views are great and it is a quiet neighborhood. I filled the bird feeders up and by the end of the week, we had several visitors! We felt very secure here.The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could want to prepare large family meals. We had plenty of space throughout the house (we had a total of 9 people). We were appreciative of the fast WiFi as there is NO SERVICE in this area. We recommend Papa's To-Go Pizza for a quick meal that's not too far away (in Lincolnton). It was fantastic!The check-in and check-out was seamless. Ann was so responsive and even sent an appliance repair specialist the same day when we *thought* the washing machine was broken. We would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to this area! THANK YOU!"

"My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming lake house. The home was large, and the hardwood floors were beautiful. The backyard was PERFECT for small kids (and our dogs) to play! Lots of room to explore safely! The walk to the lake is probably about .6 miles away with a few hills, so keep that in mind. But it is a beautiful walk. I am still wearing my badge of honor scrapped knee lol. Once you get to the lake, the view was absolutely breathtaking. It was so much fun to swim in the water. Everyone loved to jump off the top of the dock. (Even my 4 year old)! Kayaks were a game changer. We had so much fun on those. 10/10 stay! "
