"No guests should be assigned room 101. I came there to rest and had to listen to endless traffic driving by. The dead bolt on my door didn’t work. I told 3 different staff members (all said they’d make a note of it) and finally the manager. I could not have been the only person reporting this. I woke up frightened as I must have been anxious someone opened the door during the night. When the shower was on, the floor was so slippery I did not dare to take a step. I reported this to the manager. Again, this couldn’t have been the first time she heard this. It was extremely dangerous to shower. Please tell staff to inform guests where they are to wait for the shuttle. We were at the wrong place and it drove on by."
