"What I liked: 1. Clean room 2. Outdoor sitting area with a nice water fountain 3. Continental breakfast included and delivered to your room in the morning 4. No parking issues 5. Room had a mini-fridge and microwave 6. Nice TV with lots of channels 7. Cool looking electric fireplace in room 8. Props to Andrea at the front desk. Great customer service and super nice What I didn't like: 1. We got placed in a second floor room and there are no elevators. We had to climb stairs the whole time we were there. No issues for young people but I'm not young 2. Asked to get a 1st floor room when I checked in. Was told that because I made the reservation through Expedia I would have to call them to see if they could change my room. I've never experienced that before. The young lady that checked me in (layla?) was not accommodating and pushed the room change back on me 3. The shower plumbing needed some attention. The bottom spout leaked for hours after taking a shower 4. The location is at the far end of the main street, Lincoln Ave. It's not a big deal but unless you want to drive, be prepared to walk several blocks before you get the main shopping and eating/drinking area 5. The property sits right on Highway 128. Be prepared for a lot of street noise especially if you get a room on the front side. We were put in room 201 which is right on the highway Overall: I would stay there again. I would make sure to get a 1st floor room and as far away from highway 128 that I could get."

"Great location for a short walk to central Calistoga. Good sized rooms with sinks, frig, small coffee pot and microwave (as needed). Easy parking. Robes and towels for pool. Just dont get a room backing up to hot tub if you want quiet after 10. Posted "closed" time not enforced!"
