Summary: Modern and beautiful 3-bed / 3-bath apartment with a balcony located in El Peñon - the hotel and gastronomic center of Cali. All bedrooms have A/C and cable TV. All faucets have hot water. 120 MB WiFi to meet all of your work and streaming needs. There's a big 55" SmartTV in living room that connects to your Netflix account. The unit has a washer and dryer, and there's free parking in the garage for one vehicle. Please note that this unit is located on the 4th floor with NO elevator.
The Space: This spacious 3-bed, 3-bath apartment recently went through a full renovation where no expense was spared.
The total size of the place is 162 m2 (1743 sq.ft.) meaning that there is more than enough room for up a family or a group of friends/colleagues to have a good stay.

The open kitchen connects to the patio, balcony, dining area and living room. Each room has private access to a bathroom, though one of them is also has access from the living room.
All beds are queen size and come with comfortable European style bedsheet covers. Each bedroom is equipped with TV and A/C, blackout curtains and the WiFi reaches all corners of the apartment.
All three bathrooms are generous in size and come with hot water in all faucets.

Parking: There is one free parking lot in the basement.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are not included with the stay. However it can be arranged at an additional cost and a full one days notice. For this unit, Housekeeping is $150.000 COP per assigned day.
Guest Access: You are welcome to have people visit you but please respect the house rules at all times and remember that we need to register any guest that spends the night in the apartment.
The Neighborhood: El Peñon is a Zona Rosa and Cali's premium hotel district. Within walking distance, you will find more than 40 restaurants, fancy cocktail bars, bakeries, home-made ice cream shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, public transportation, Cali's river, the historic center, colonial San Antonio, the Tertulia Museum, etc. In other words, this is the place to be in Cali.
Getting Around: Access to transportation is easy and the options include yellow taxis, Uber, and busses. All of them are metered (buses have a fixed price) so you need not worry about being overcharged. But the best way to experience the area is walking around. Don't miss visiting San Antonio and the river boulevard.
Other Things to Note: Registration: According to Colombian law, a photo ID must be presented for every person staying at the property. A signed rental agreement is required prior to entry.
Medical tourists: Please inform If you are getting any medical procedure done while staying at our property. Damages to bedsheets and towels will be charged.
Airport pick-ups: Let us know if you need help with airport transportation. We work with several top rated drivers and would be happy to arrange. They will wait for you, help with luggage and allow for one 15-minute stop on the way to a supermarket, ATM, etc. They know the exact location of the property making sure you won’t get lost.
Factura electrónica: We issue a legal electronic invoice for the amount monetized in Colombia (after VRBO commissions). This complies with all the local regulation if you need to deduct your stay as a business expense.
Interruption in utilities: This is the tropics and utilities such as electricity, water supply, and internet can experience interruptions from time to time. These potential situations are completely out of our control and are not cause for any refund.
