I asked 4 times and then as my husband was trying to check in he was refused and they wouldn’t help us to find a solution to do the room/damage deposit. Staff was very friendly, room was great and warm with Roku tv so had lots of choice for stations to watch. The breakfast was great for the price of the room and having a kitchenette allowed me to save money on dining out.

I was freezing 80% of the time because the air conditioner wasn’t working. They gave me a space heater I used. Otherwise, dated but clean enough. Had to switch out of my first room because of the constant sound of water. They moved my room immediately and gave me the heater right away.
