I have atayed at lots of VRBO's over the years and this one was so bad we didnt even stay a night. I requested refund and got a total run around from host and VRBO. I cant beleive this is allowed to stay up your site You saw the video you saw the MOLD you say the yellow stain on sofa Your rep even said she wouldnt stay there Come on VRBO DO THE RIGHT THING

Very noisy.

Thin windows and loud bars across the street. People yelling until 4am on a weeknight. Building construction began promptly at 8:30am. Don’t plan to sleep.

The property was in a very unique area, lots of activities, places to eat, and night life nearby. The host was very responsive and made sure I had no problems with my stay. The views from the balcony were amazing, overall the property is really good but if I had one thing to say is that the parking is a little walk away but other then that a very well maintained good place to stay

Stay at Frank’s place

Had a good stay at Frank’s place. Easy check in, free parking, and great location. Suite was clean and balcony had a good view of downtown. Can be a bit loud at night with all the bars across the street but that’s what you should expect if staying on 17th ave. Would have been nice to maybe have an extra towel or two but overall good stay.

Great location and nice place

I enjoyed our stay here as it was right in the middle of the town's nightlife during Stampede time. That said, it was noisy because we were in the middle of the town's nightlife. Only complaint was having to ask for the check in information twice. And that there was a hose going out through the window for the air conditioning which brought all the light into the bedroom when the sun rose. Also only the bedroom was air conditioned and we were there during a real heat wave. Otherwise it was a very nice place.

Great location, Okay for one night, and having a free parking spot was helpful. Building is hot making the room hot and needs more fans to help the air move. Close to bars and with windows open loud at night

Excellent location with access to eateries, pubs and coffee shops, in fact above a bakery for breakfast treats, as well as take away hot snacks and basics. Spacious unit, neatly but sparsely furnished, with dishes to accommodate 4. Comfortable bed and convertible sofa. No laundry facilities in the unit. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Weekend getaway

The place was a great size and quite clean! It is a little noisy at night during the weekend as there is a few bars across the street. Overall satisfied with Frank’s place. Would recommend renting.
