Property was nice. However, I requested a view of the golf course instead I got the view of the children’s pool. Too loud! Also, service requests are very slow. Parking is limited. I attended their time share talk and was promised to receive a $150.00 cash card. It’s been over 3 weeks and I still have NOT received it. I called 4x already!!! Very in convenient!!! Property is far from anything interesting. Almost 1 hour away from downtown SD. Lots of bad golfers too! Play was slow. It’s an executive course and very short. So you get a lot of hackers. Nice practice. Oh and only 1 bathroom, after the 9th hole. So if you’re drinking, you’ll need to hold it for a while!!!

Paid over $600 for ONE night,got about $300 worth

For starters the property itself is AMAZING, we were assisted at the front desk by a super friendly and helpful guy named “hanz” (he needs a promotion imo) after being solicited for a timeshare for the next 30 minutes, we were finally shown on a map where our villa would be & given a parking pass . Again the property is amazing and huge ! We got food in the downtown area and headed back to the room to relax , called the front desk a few times and got ONE REPLY essentially. The rest we were either ignored or seems like made to wait until the question or item requested no longer mattered. While out shopping I received a text asking us to clean the room for the maids 😆 we were already planning on doing so , but to be told to do it after paying almost $700 for the night seemed “extra” … This isn’t about the price at all though , in fact we left and got another room for the weekend @ damn near the same price (1150 for 2 nights) … Not as fancy ,as far as the property goes but we’re actually being treated like PAYING GUEST here … we’ve been asked over 5x in the last hour or so “is there anything I can get you” & even received a check up call from the front desk reassuring whatever we needed was only a call away & NO PROBLEM. All in all , not sure if I’d do the Hyatt again 💯 Your money to waste though

The key card for the first room we were assigned didn't work (this is because someone else was already in the room?) I had to go back to the lobby building to address the issue, this is when I realized I could get a free room upgrade (expedia gold). The room we ended up with was nice, but it was not an upgrade-nothing was available...which I was realistic, because parking was packed around all the buildings. The kids loved the pools and had fun in the arcade too. We enjoyed some live music and had a good time while we were there.

Prior to our arrival, we received calls indicating that the resort's systems were down and were asked to provide payment information in advance to streamline check-in. However, when we followed up, multiple representatives seemed unaware of this request, resulting in long hold times, being transferred repeatedly, and ultimately needing to call back a second time to resolve the issue. Upon arrival, we were informed that early check-in would not be possible and were told they "hoped" to have a room ready by 4 PM. This uncertainty caused concern for our group, as we were in town for a graduation. Fortunately, we were able to check in approximately ten minutes before 4 PM. During our stay, we discovered that one of the pools was closed—a detail we were not made aware of beforehand. This led to overcrowding and significant noise at the pool near our room. Additionally, we encountered difficulties trying to make golf reservations. The phone system was unresponsive, and the text service redirected us to the same non-functional number. We ultimately had to visit the pro shop in person to secure a tee time. We also noticed that we had been double charged for taxes, which required a visit to the front desk to correct. While the issue was eventually resolved, it added another layer of inconvenience to our stay. Lastly, the sofa bed in our room was extremely uncomfortable, resulting in a poor night's sleep.

I have not booked through Expedia in a long time and this has been the worse experience. We were given an ADA room with an unsafe bathroom. The room I booked was suppose to have a washer and dryer and this room did not. The bathroom shower which was connect to the roller and sink did not drain and the water filled the entire room. The wall to wall tile was stained and dirty. While at the pool other guests had bowel movements in the pool then on the spa. Feces was left on the floor in which a friend stepped in. Expedia did not get what I booked. Very disappointed. Hyatt and Expedia won’t be on my list next time. Awful experience overall. Don’t book through Expedia because this resort won’t give you what is listed. My daughters soccer jersey didn’t get washed.
