Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Uncomfortable, dirty, owner unhelpful

We never received check in instructions prior to trip. Family of 4 with suitcases could not reach owner. Had to find a different place to sleep. Owner was reached next day and we got our second night. Owner promised to refund 1st night. Did not. And lied to hotels.com about it. The one night we stayed, sofa bed uncomfortable, no bedsheets or pillows. Dirty laundry left on washing machine. No shower curtain.
