They gave our room to someone who would pay more and said that they couldn’t find our reservation. Horrible experience if I could give a 0 rating I would do it for sure.

El peor lugar al que puedas ir, a pesar se presentar nuestra papelería de reservación no nos dieron habitación argumentando que ellos ya no tenían convenio con Expedia, demostramos que ese hotel estaba anunciado en Expedia y habíamos pagado con anticipación pues el hotel no daba otra opción, nos trataron horrible y no devolvieron el dinero…. Estafadores que se anuncian y luego dicen que ellos no son ! El encargado solo nos ignoró y solo dio el número de otra persona que supuestamente se haría cargo, estuvimos en medio de la calle esperando respuesta y a esas horas tuve que volver a buscar hotel !
