Great atmosphere but service could be better

Unlike all my other bookings , I never received a welcome email from Hilton. I tried to contact them to book the restaurants for my stay. I chose Hilton because of the revolving restaurant. Once I got there , I was told it was fully booked . They eventually let my mum and I get a booking on 1st Jan, we saw it was empty and not fully booked as advised. Not sure why a hotel will treat their guests in this way. Having said that the service and food quality at the revolving restaurant was top notch! I recommend it to all visitors.

This property is beautiful. The hotel is clean. The breakfast was very good. I didn’t like the bathtub because it is high. I had to be careful getting in and out of it. I guess we should have asked for a handicap bathroom. The TV is not accommodating for people who only speak english. It was mostly Arabic language. We were on the 32nd floor with a balcony which we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable. It was my birthday and the hotel surprised me with a cake in my room. The food was good. The shops in the hotel are great, especially the jewelry store with the owner Monti. He was fair in his prices for jewelry and he engraves hieoglyphics on jewelry for cheap! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel with amazing view of the Nile

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Its currently being rebranded to the Hilton. All the staff were very pleasant esp. the breakfast staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Big variety of dishes. Our room was on the 34th floor overlooking the Nile and could see the pyramids from our balcony. An overall pleasant stay.

A very well designed and built hotel with a good room size and excellent bathroom. An excellent view of the Nile from the rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff. A good section of food. The one shortcoming is that there is no alcohol in the hotel. The roads around the hotel are not pedestrian friendly and its best to take an uber to move around.
