With attention to cleanliness and furnishings, the 55m2 apartment is located on the first floor (without a lift) of a period building and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. It is equipped with a kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric kettle and moka. The bathroom has a toilet and a spacious shower. One bedrooms with double bed and a sofa bed in the living area.
