Magnificent apartment located next to the beach of La Victoria, in one of the best areas to enjoy the beach and the city of Cádiz.
The apartment is on the first floor with elevator and has a large living room - dining room equipped with plasma TV, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, a big bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds, one 105cm and another 90cm and bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has WIFI, air conditioning and heating by heat pump.
Around the apartment are located various attractions of the city, such as the Santa María del Mar Beach, the ideal place to start surfing and La Victoria beach, considered the best urban beach in Europe. It is located a few meters from the Erytheia Park, which has Phoenician, Punic and Roman remains. At the same time, it is perfectly connected with the city center, bus stops to its surroundings at less than 5 minutes on foot.
If you arrive by car it is possible to stop a few moments under the apartment to unload your luggage in the street next to the private street where the apartment is located.
