The bed was comfortable but there was people's clothes in the hall and in the parking lot they refused to pick up stating they can't touch that stuff. The other guests, immigrants, were up at 6 am slamming doors, playing music and being loud in the hallway and the staff said there's nothing they could do. Those same individuals took all the continental breakfast so there was nothing for us or any other guests to eat. They were smoking weed and cigarettes in the rooms and in the hallway until around midnight and staff did nothing. When we checked out they billed someone else's account as my name wasn't the name on the receipt and then proceeded to tell us that the room we were in wasn't supposed to have been rented to us as there are problems with it and nobody was supposed to stay in that room. I will never ever stay here again. They didn't care about our issues at all. And since we got in so late, we didn't have a choice. It was take it or sleep in the car.

So much noise in the hallway and the pot smell kept us the majority of the night. Morning staff just ignored our concerns. The breakfast was almost non-existent. I wouldn't return to this hotel.

The price was very reasonable and the room was clean except for the floors which we noticed walking on it with bare socks made the socks dirty. The heater fan was quite loud in room 119 and sounded the same even at lower settings. But in general, we like the location close to the lakes and state park and would stay there again.

Room was terrible. After I signed papers saying I couldn’t smoke in the room or I’d be charged I went up to my room to sleep & it reeked of smoke! It was 1am when we checked in so I didn’t wanna throw a fit over it. It was so terrible I got the worst migraine from an Allergy flare up over the smell all night. The pillows were rock hard. The fridge that wouldn’t get cold & stunk so bad when I opened it sat there & clicked all night long. Seriously got no sleep at all! I was thankful I only booked 1 night there. The outside balcony was full of cobwebs and there was even one in the doorway to go out there. The best thing about the place was the new shower in our room that was clean.

Really cute hotel in a great location, right across from the lake! The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming, and everything was super clean. The only downside was the air conditioning, which was pretty loud. But overall, it was a lovely stay and I’d definitely come back!

Ok but not worth the price

Arrived five minutes early and they wouldn't check you in because the room wasn’t ready. The guy wasn’t friendly but when I checked out the older lady was super sweet. Breakfast was super simple. Low water pressure in the shower.

The room was clean. It would’ve been nice to have a couple more towels. I like the spaciousness. Lots of room to move around. I guess the one complaint was that the air conditioner was very very noisy. So noisy that you had to keep the TV at full blast to hear it.
