We stayed 4 nights with 4 adult children, 2 grandparents and one 8 year old grandson. Brooke provided amazing support and service. She was so patient and gracious with an immediate response to all our questions and needs. We enjoyed this home immensely!! It was so comfortable and spacious for a large group. Having the pool, and the absolutely incredible two story private dock, was a memorable experience! Our family caught a variety of fish during our stay here and some caught the biggest fish of their life that week, super exciting! The porch area is large with a full size outdoor kitchen, our family used the outdoor burner and grill several times. The kitchen and living room is beautiful with huge windows and sliding doors for a fabulous view of the stunning sunsets. The appliances are top of the line with 2 refrigerator/freezers which was very helpful for our family. The bedrooms and bathrooms are the perfect floor plan for a big family. Garage has a play room with pool table and air hockey, our children used that area a lot as well. We are already planning another trip here. This property is the perfect place for peaceful restoration and best family time!

Incredible stay for a large family! This was our first venture to Possum Kingdom Lake and we hope to be back in the summer. House has everything you could want for lots of little cousins to spend time with one another.

Had abundance of what we needed. Very clean, beautiful home very spacious. Didn't have pool heated due to something broken, which they came out to access within an hour, became a warranty claim. Master bedroom closet was used as their storage so had no hanging clothes space in there. Same thing with pantry so we used cupboard space in laundry, no big deal, due to kitchen cupboards been well stocked with all you need. Boat dock great. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Beautiful property, immaculately clean and plenty of room for our entire group. The dock was perfect for swimming and jumping into the lake. We enjoyed being able to dock our boats there overnight and kayak and paddle board in the quiet and peaceful location. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and the pool was a great place to relax after a day on the lake. Communication was perfect, checkin/checkout was easy. Kids enjoyed the S'more Station and the firepits were a good place for them to gather and enjoy "kid time". The marina/boat ramp were very close by and convenient. The kitchen was well-stocked and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the "game garage". Great place...highly recommend. Thanks Smart Family!

Gorgeous house & stunning view!

Our group has been renting homes in TX and OK for twenty plus years for a New Years Eve trip. This house is one of the very best. The host was so responsive and helpful. The view is stunning and house is just gorgeous. Plenty of room and activities for our group. We always cook and the kitchen had it all!! Great memories made here!! We have only rented the same home once or twice and not lately— between our 4 families we travel a lot —this house is so worth another stay!! Thank you to our wonderful host!

Laketime was fabulous!

Laketime is a beautiful, very well appointed home that is fully stocked with all the essentials! The decor is wonderful too! Gorgeous sunsets are visible from the back porch and pool. The 4 kids the time of their lives between the pool annd fishing on the dock. The owner is so very nice, and readily available when we had questions. We could not have been happier with the property and the setting. Thanks, Brooke!

Best Stay at PK!

Wow. We had 8 adults and 7 kids and had an absolute blast. This place has absolutely everything for the kids (and adults) to have fun. There is a TON of room both inside and out. The rooms were all very well appointed and the views from the living room at sunset cannot be appreciated until seen in person. We didn't have a single issue. Brooke is the best host and we plan on making this an annual event!

There’s a good reason for all the 5 star reviews. This place is well stocked, beds amazingly comfortable, property is loved and cared for. They even upgraded the rope swing while we were there, even though the last one was just fine! And owner’s responses were always immediate. Also, this is the best part of the lake. Period. Quiet cove, and once out of the cove you’re at hells gate and the beautiful cliffs of pk.

This property and rental experience was amazing. The house is beautiful, clean and well stocked. More than enough room for our family of five. Amazing views, firepit, garage games, hot tub, kayaks,etc. Would def rent again.

Perfect Lake Getaway

The Vrbo owner saved our family trip! Our original vacation house sustained damage in a recent hailstorm and had to cancel the night before. We were so lucky to find a window of availability at PK Lake Time. The owner was very responsive and accommodated our reservation request with less than 24 hrs notice. The house was perfect for our family of 10 (ages 12 through 76). We had a great time playing games, watching movies and preparing meals in the great open family space. We also grilled, hot tubbed, star gazed and played all the garage games. This was our first vacation at PK so we rented a boat at Bluff Creek Marina and toured the lake. It was cold but we highly recommend so that you can see the beautiful lake and houses. We wish we had more time and plan to come back again in the future. Thanks so much!
