A lovely property in a great position. My only critique would be that they asked for a €500 cash deposit on arrival and weren't prepared to give a receipt, a form of receipt was agreed on by us both signing a contract I had with me. The deposit was returned on leaving , it was not mentioned in the ad about cash and how much.

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour. Tout Ă©tait parfait. Nous avons profitĂ© de la terrasse tous les soirs . La plage est Ă  50 m et la facilitĂ© du parking, un Lidel Ă  proximitĂ© .Un trĂšs bel accueil et une petite attention des propriĂ©taires qui fait tout plaisir. Appartement trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous n'avions pas comme souhait de dĂ©jeuner ou diner dans l'appartement et donc d'utiliser les appareils mĂ©nager. Grand bien nous en fasse car les propriĂ©taires sont d'une maniaquerie tellement extrĂȘme que nous pensons qu'il est prĂ©fĂ©rable d'utiliser cette location que pour dormir et si possible utiliser les toilettes Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de l'appartement. Une liste de contrainte de nettoyage nous a Ă©tĂ© transmise pas la propriĂ©taire complĂ©tement incroyable (Ă©ponge avec grattoir ou sans grattoir selon le type de matĂ©riel Ă  nettoyer, produit x, y ou z Ă  utiliser selon l'endroit et la zone Ă  nettoyer et bien d'autres directives) Franchement exagĂ©rĂ©. Sur la table de salle Ă  manger un film plastic. Personnellement je dĂ©conseille, avec une demande de caution hors site abritel de 500 €. Je dĂ©conseille
