Great Stay.
Property was great, and location. Everything as pictured. Clean and comfortable. Directions didn't include the building number/letter once inside the apartment complex, instructions didn't tell how to unlock the front door. However, we called both times, and were answered quickly and accurately. Just strange it wasn't in the messaged instructions. All worked out great and great stay. It was easy once we knew where and how!

Nice place.
This is in an apartment complex. Had a little trouble getting in but the host helped with that very promptly. Nice and clean. it suited our needs very well. We were two couples traveling together so the accommodations worked out great for us.

Nice stay
The place has issues typical of an apartment, loud neighbors upstairs and low water pressure in the shower. But it was clean and the beds are very comfortable! The main reasons for 4/5 stars are the lack of curtains so I kept being woken by car headlights, and the coffee maker was not very clean. We did appreciate having Netflix and good Wi-Fi! Overall it’s much better than the hotels in the area

Great vacation rental!
Came to Cabot for a family reunion and this apartment was perfect for my mom, aunt and myself. We especially loved that each bedroom had a bathroom attached. This place had everything we needed except a step stool because the beds are so high!! (Lol we are short 🤣)

Poor communication
With 30 minutes to go until check in time I had heard nothing from the host so I sent an email. At check in time I’d still heard nothing so had to call to know door code and which unit. It was also not fully clear to me that this was an apartment, which wasn’t overly loud but comes with the noise of other families living around you. I think my biggest issue was the incredibly poor communication ahead of check in.
