Downstairs, guests will enjoy a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, open‑plan lounge and dining area, and a large flat‑screen TV — an inviting space to gather after long beach days. A powder room is also located on this level for added convenience.
Upstairs, two of the three bedrooms open onto a sunny veranda, and all feature built‑in wardrobes.

Fantastic Getaway!
We had an amazing time at Calinda Sol 7. The complex itself is tidy and quiet and includes a pool and tennis court which is great! It's just a few minutes walk to the beach and close enough to walk to town too. The Ray White staff were excellent too. We had a problem with an air conditioner and they were so prompt and helpful and had it fixed straight away. Thanks guys! Looking forward to our next trip.

Outstanding accommodation
Outstanding accommodation, perfect for a family.
Great feel and vibe, close to the beach. Great outdoor areas and BBQ. Pool is also great.
