The Space
Calinda Sol 7 is a recently renovated, modern townhouse offering relaxed coastal living just moments from the calm waters of Clarkes Beach. Set within a landscaped complex featuring a shared swimming pool and half tennis court, this three‑bedroom home is perfect for families or small groups seeking comfort, convenience and an easy Byron Bay holiday.

Downstairs, guests will enjoy a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, open‑plan lounge and dining area, and a large flat‑screen TV — an inviting space to gather after long beach days. A powder room is also located on this level for added convenience.

Upstairs, two of the three bedrooms open onto a sunny veranda, and all feature built‑in wardrobes.

Fantastic Getaway!

We had an amazing time at Calinda Sol 7. The complex itself is tidy and quiet and includes a pool and tennis court which is great! It's just a few minutes walk to the beach and close enough to walk to town too. The Ray White staff were excellent too. We had a problem with an air conditioner and they were so prompt and helpful and had it fixed straight away. Thanks guys! Looking forward to our next trip.
