Horrible experience. We booked a king room with a balcony for five nights and were very disappointed when we got there. They gave us a ground floor room that hardly had any natural light and was very basic with a very small bed! When asked if we were in the correct place the owners told us that they had sold the original apartment that we booked and paid for. Nothing was communicated to us prior to checkin. We left within the first hour of checking in and took us close to three weeks to receive a refund. Horrible communication by the owner and very misleading place.
