This home away from home is conveniently located within a short walk to Queen Sewell Pond (also known as Bumps Pond) and Queen Sewell Pond beach. There is a bench and a boat ramp for guests who bring their own kayaks and a beautiful playground for the kiddos. Beachgoers will find many other public beaches nearby as well. Other great attractions include Herring Run Recreation Area, Water Wizz Of Cape Cod, Scusset Beach State Reservation, Heritage Museums & Gardens, Sandwich Glass Museum, and Pinehills Golf Club.

Upon entering, you will discover the home's inviting living room with a large smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay. Adjacent to the living room is the eat-in kitchen with all the major appliances to prepare exquisite homemade meals, a stacked washer/dryer, and a dining table that is perfect for formal meals and board game nights. From here, you can easily access a three-season porch with views of a park-like area around Queen Sewell Pond. The bunk bedroom has a small desk with a monitor in the converted closet.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
