This 900 sq ft place is located just minutes over the Bourne bridge. No need to sit in traffic all day to start your trip! This is a newly constructed garage apartment attached to our main home but with it's own separate entrance and living space. Tastefully decorated, very clean and peaceful getaway ideal for a single person, couple or small group. There is 1 bedroom with a king bed and there is a single daybed and a sleeper sofa in the main living area for up to 2 extra guests if needed. Everything in this apartment is brand new. There is an open living room/kitchen area. The living room has a couch and a 50 inch smart TV. You can use our login to apps (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime) or use your own. The wifi is great. There is a twin size daybed for an extra guest and the couch folds down to a twin size sleeper as well. The kitchen has a fridge, dishwasher, convection microwave oven, hot plates, breakfast station with toaster oven, air fryer, a keurig (&kcups) and a toaster. Please note there is no full size oven range. The bathroom has a full size tub and shower. The bedroom has a king size bed with a premium and super comfortable mattress. There is a 42 inch smart TV in the bedroom. The space has central heating and central air conditioning for summer months. You pick your ideal temps. Outside you have your own private patio and yard space complete with a gas grill.
We are pet friendly, allowing for 1 pet. Pets and service animals must be up to date on rabies vaccines and be treated with flea & tick preventative to stay. This is non smoking, drug free unit. No excessive alcohol use.
