Paguei R$700 por noite por um lugar que oferece o serviço de um motel de R$100. O check-in foi péssimo. Uma das camas tinha manchas de sangue, e faltavam travesseiros e lençóis para um quarto que deveria acomodar quatro pessoas. A descarga fazia um barulho enorme, e o rapaz da recepção entrou no quarto de tênis, mesmo vendo que eu tinha tirado o chinelo antes de entrar. O café da manhã é muito fraco e não condiz com o valor da diária — ovo mexido com leite, padrão Ibis de quinta categoria. No segundo dia, pedi para fazerem ovos normais e me informaram que tinham acabado os ovos. As toalhas de banho são de quinta categoria, ásperas e de péssima qualidade. No check-out, pedi toalhas para tomar banho e me disseram que não havia disponibilidade. Ao ir até a área de banho, vi a camareira abrindo um armário cheio de toalhas — ou seja, o funcionário da recepção simplesmente não quis ajudar. Nosso quarto ficava em um condomínio anexo à pousada, o que não foi informado na reserva. Se pudesse, daria nota zero. Evite esse lugar a qualquer custo! Você pode pagar muito mais barato e ter uma experiência muito melhor — ou, pelo mesmo preço, ficar na Vila Deste, que fica do outro lado da rua. Só reservei este hotel porque tive um problema de última hora com meu Airbnb e precisava de um quarto com camas em ambientes separados. Corra desse lugar!

Imagine staying in a room that you have to access through the dining room. Literally had tables next to the door. Meaning you enjoy all the noise from breakfast right from 7am. That’s one thing. But it made our stay worse when I asked for another room the next day and Luis, the receptionist then, told me there was nothing else, with a lollipop in his mouth. It made us feel like he just didn’t care about what was happening nor did he have the desire to remove his lollipop from his mouth and talk to us. Stay away if you can…

I made two reservations at the same time but one of the rooms was at a different location, very close but still was not god for my group. The pousada is very well located, but go to Rua Das Pedras you need to take stairs, so not convenient for elders. Aside from that we enjoyed our stay and the room at the pisada was very clean and well decorated.

Pousada incrível, acomodações excelentes e tudo limpo e bem cuidado. Só não ganha 5 estrelas pelo café da manhã que é bem basico e não condiz com a pousada e pelo mal humor, má vontade e grosseria gratuita do funcionário noturno Felipe, que se preocupou zero em fazer uma recepçao amistosa e cordial, a impressao inicial foi bem ruim por causa dele. Estavamos em 4 pessoas e todos se sentiram da mesma forma.
