We were very satisfied with our stay here. The location cannot be better. Breakfast is excellent with many choices. Staff was very helpful with every question we had. Only minor issue if I'm being nitpicky was that maybe the pillows were a bit too big and uncomfortable for me.

The Hotel was clean and had a great view. We were very close to the ferry terminal and many restaurants and bars. We chose to eat dinner at the hotel one night and it was very good. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

While being an older hotel, we were pleased with the cleanliness and upkeep. It felt old world plush. We knew from reviews the beds would be hard (and they were) but we slept very solidly. We loved our balcony although the weather turned abruptly cold the second the sun went down. We arrived after there had been flooding earlier in the week, but it did not affect us in any way. The staff was wonderful.

Clean room but old. AC adapted leaked water. Shower glass also let lots of water come out. Fast room turnover and early availability of room. Poor room service: Front desk staff, one of the girls not friendly at all plus had an attitude against non italian speaking guests
