Communication was fantastic. Loved the location. Safe and close to lake, shopping and restaurants. Property manager met us with the keys and gave great tips on how to enjoy lake Como. Even sent a map with favorite restaurants and things to do. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great position but room for improvement!

The property was very spacious ,clean and in a convenient location in Como. There is no formal check in process and communication was difficult as we were travelling and did not always have access to a computer. It was via a non local agency by email and inefficient. It would have been a nice gesture of basic hospitality to have been provided some water and some coffee/ tea satchels on arrival after a long trip.

Our person who took care of us was great. But it was not very clean there was no paper towels and it was very hot and no air in the room. If we open the window all the bugs came in and he smelled the trash outside.

+ zgodność z opisem i zdjęciami + lokalizacja w okolicy katedry, ścisłe centrum + kilka minut (500m) od dworca Como Lago i przystanków autobusowych - niedogodnością dla mnie była konieczność wysłania zdjęć dokumentów wszystkich gości przed przyjazdem.
