I chose this hotel because it was close to the Busan train station. Unlike other Toyoko Inns I've stayed at recently, check in was done with a front desk attendant, which I thought was nice since I was able to interact with a human. My room was similar to other Toyoko Inns I've stayed at - the layout is consistent with other similar properties. I had a nice view of the train station and the surroundings. The room was clean and wifi worked well. Amenities were available in the lobby, consistent with the other hotels in the chain. The elevator arrangement was admittedly inefficient. One elevator served all floors, one elevator served floors 1-11, and another elevator served floors 11 and above. The morning consistently saw long wait times at elevators, so budget your time accordingly. Complimentary breakfast was good, although finding a seat during peak times is sometimes challenging, and the queues for food would sometimes be long. Coffee was also available in the morning, but it would have been nice if it were available all day. There is a money exchange machine in the lobby as well as a water machine, both of which were helpful. The hotel was near convenience stores and restaurants, as well as the Busan metro station. Overall, I had a good stay and would consider staying at this property again.
