Very good service. Staff very happy and helpfull. Only problem is, clean sheets are not put in every day which you would expect at this price. Had to ask for clean glasses every day, for new water every day.

We had a few issues with the room and they tried hard to resolve. There was some communication issues and they did try to rectify the situation. A clean and tidy hotel, breakfast is good. Great for the Metro to get in and out of the centre of Istanbul.
