This was a really nice hotel. It is well cared for and the staff were awesome. The rooms were good. I want to go back to Bursa and would definitely stay there again. Breakfast was good but not great. But everything here is solid.

The hotel was honestly beautiful and clean. The staff helped with the luggages and arranging taxi. The hotel is not far from the city centre, Osmangazi which made it easy to go there and back.

Lovely hotel, although aircon wasnt working. Staff were friendly, breakfast was great and the hotel very clean. Not walkable to any attractions so we hired a tour guide. Hotel helped us do this.
