Avoid this hotel

The mattress is very hard, you feel like sleeping on the floor. The sink is small as the size of a plate and you knock your head with the wall if you try to wash your face, the toilet door is not closing at all and keep openind wide by itself and cannot lock it, room door key is very cheap and you can buy it from any local tools store even the number of the key is written on it, there is no safe box in the room.

Space to improve

First impression was negative - the receptionist was not able to speak English, he could not find the booking, so it took 30mins to check-in. After we finally got the keys, it turned out that our room was not clean and prepared so we had to wait another 30mins until this was done. The room was clean, small and in good condition.

The receptioner that welcomed us was a man(at midnight).he did not speak english.You don't excpect 3 stars receptioners to be fluent but he did not speak one word.The price was normal, and the rest of the conditions were ok.

They did not speak other foreign languages and they did not know how to use google translator. They had internet only in the reception area not in the rooms. I did not stay that night Because of the internet. They tried to help with finding a room with an internet signal but we had no luck.
