Good location if you are going to Burney Falls or Lassen National Park. However, I would not recommend this motel. Sheets were dirty and there was a big hole in them. There was hair on the shower wall. The check-in lady was friendly and helpful though.

Shasta Pines was a good choice for Lassen Nat'l Pk

We were there for 3 nights.The clerk at the desk was most accommodating and friendly. The room was clean, quiet except for the last night when our neighbor had the TV on all night. Location was convenient for Lassen Nat'l Park and the necessities in town were sufficient.

This motel offered the bare minimum. There was no hair dryer or phone in the room. Also, the front desk staff was difficult to locate. We stayed for 2 nights. After returning from an outing, our bed was unmade, nor were the bathroom or floors cleaned; however, our television was on. It was creepy. Also, the first night, some guests decided to have a party in the parking lot. Of course there wasn’t any staff around to ask them to keep in down. We were very disappointed in this motel.

Stayed 2 nights to explore nearby Lassen National Park and Burney Falls. Fantastic stay! We adventured the town of Burney and went to the Dragon Palace Chinese Restaurant down the street and the Pit River casino. We will definitely be back!
