There was a lot to like about this stay, like, the cleanliness of the room, the fantastic breakfast selection, the courteous staff and one of the better beds I've slept in with just the right firmness to provide for a comfortable sleep. There were two things that made drop it one star. One, there were no USB outlets for charging, they should replace the wall outlets with ones that come with 2 USB ports. Two, the desk should have a lamp by it to allow guests with laptops without backlit keyboards to more clearly see the keys when typing. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit family.

The front end staff was so kind to let us check in and go to our room early. We got into town much earlier than expected. The HI express is very clean and the room was great too!
