The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They are in the process of cleaning up from poor management in the past. It is a huge improvement from prior management. Great breakfast and clean rooms. We will stay there next time we are in Corning.

Whoever cleaned the room left a smell of disinfectant SO strong that my daughter got a headache and burned my eyes! We left the room with air conditioning on and as many windows open for a few hours before spending the night

Loved that it was so close to my familys home, but when we 1st got there to check in the lady at the desk was rude. And when i went to shower the tube was dirty as so where the towles and the handle was broken. Then when i asked the cleaning lady for towles she got crazy on me asking me if i was staying there i why i needed towles. Never again.

Mom and Me

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
The staff was friendly and accommodating. My mother has a bad knee and they happily gave us a lower level room. The room was clean with some updates, and the bed comfortable. We also like the pet friendly policy. A great location the Olive Pit is across the street, and value. Will stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and affordable.

Pros: Free breakfast, Quiet, right off i-5
We weren't looking for the fanciest motel, just a place to stay close to my parents for my Dad's 80th birthday that provided clean, affordable comfort. This motel fit the bill perfectly. A great place to stay, whether just passing through (it's right off Interstate 5!) or while exploring the Olive capital and it's surrounding areas, from Orland to Paradise.
