Our check in was lengthy with tons of what felt like random questions. Our room was a good size with living area and bedroom and kitchenette. No complaints there. But this room was either a smoking room once upon a time or in rooms nearby. Noticeable odor of old smoke and mildew: carpets dirty and stained and walls also dirty. Our tv stopped working after the first night. And not all the lights worked. I paid 1k for 3 nights which was way over my budget but desperate as all other nearby stays were already booked.

The body lotion left in bathroom was used. The property needed cleaning and carpet repaired. The $438 cost per night was extremely high for what I would say is a 2 star hotel. Loud neighbors and water pipes in the walls.

Easy to navigate. The room was clean, comfortable bed. The staff was very frand accomodating. The hotel itself was quiet, other guests quiet. Very happy with our stay.

The staff were great and accommodating . The over all price was ok. The things not so great: the halls and elevator has a dingy smell which also was present in our room. The place is just out dated and really needs TLC. The beds were small for our room. The ice machine in our fridge did not work. Low shower pressure.

The room was surprisingly large and well appointed. I was confused that I had to pre arrange having the towels changed and the bed remade. The staff was excellent, very professional and knowledgeable- the cookie at Insomnia Cookie was delicious.

Fine for a quick, inexpensive weekend.

The room was nice. I had a very large room. The bed and sheets were comfortable. Television and channels were good. Bathroom was clean and had enough toiletries for my stay. My only issue is that the hotel and my room smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Price was good.

AC did not really work. It was only mid 70s and the AC never dropped the temp in the room both days we were there. The carpet was stained and had junk in areas. First 15 minutes in the room I killed 2 cockroaches in the bathroom. The lady’s at the desk were super nice though!
