"I paid for this room in advance, in October of 2016, For a stay from feb 01 to feb 08. When I arrived the manager said the owner (who handles all the bookings) had not informed him that I had a reservation. The owner insisted they had not been paid and insisted I pay cash to the hotel if I wanted ..."
