The room was clean, and tidy hotel lobby was immaculate, excellent location. I did not get to enjoy the continental breakfast but the spread was decent with many choices. Whenever i am visiting family in the Lawrenceville Deluth area this is where i will stay.

I’m writing this review in hopes that the manager will finally reach out to resolve an issue that has now gone unanswered for over two weeks. I booked my stay through a third-party vendor and, regrettably, I initially selected the wrong dates. About an hour before arriving, I logged back into the system, corrected the dates to the appropriate ones, and paid the associated fees for the adjustment. I assumed everything had been updated correctly. Unfortunately, when I arrived later that evening—exhausted and just wanting to get settled in—I found that the hotel’s system still showed my original booking with the wrong dates. I waited approximately 30 minutes hoping the updated reservation would transfer over, but it never did. I want to emphasize that the front desk receptionist was outstanding: friendly, patient, and genuinely trying to help. She guided me toward the right resources and did everything in her power to get the booking corrected. After wasting significant time and already paying extra fees through the third-party system, I ultimately had to cancel the original booking altogether and book directly with the hotel just to get a room. Two different staff members at the hotel told me I should absolutely receive a refund for the initial mistake and that the situation “should have never happened.” Because of this lack of empathy, accountability, and basic professional courtesy from management, I cannot recommend this establishment.

Room needs upgrade, fairly old taps and sinks, water puddles .. dishwasher needs replacement as it snipped by the opening and bruised my finger nail. Move from iron to steamer new generation don’t know how to use iron. :) Pillows were overly soft you need some hard option for people that have cervical type of issues in their bodies. Aunt Joyce was the best part of our stay, please let her know how much we love her. Breakfast people treated us very bad, they made us feel like we have to beg for food .. I was not very impressed with them.

Tried to cancel after seeing the location but front desk assured me it was NOT an option and I would be 100% charged. In hindsight, Expedia may have only charged me for one day. The property was unkept and unsafe. I was offered a first floor room and two windows were left unlocked. We never stayed. The Hampton Inn next door looks better if I had to choose but do not stay here.

Check in from what our app said was 4pm we got there at 4:35 and was told our room may not be ready yet. We asked for a few updates and then was told that they were not sure if the room was clean but someone was looking. Finally we got our room at 5:10. The room and entire hallway was full of perfume smells and one of my kids had a migraine the entire time from this. But there were no other rooms as they stated they were fully booked. We got a 2 bedroom suite but there was no stove which all other ones we have stayed at had a stove and this one had a one eye hot plate which was not sufficient for our needs. Everything else was great.
