Only steps away from shopping, biking, hiking, fishing, or enjoying an evening at the trendy Wesley and Rose Bar at the Surf Hotel, this beautiful and modern home has all of the amenities you could ask for or want for your mountain adventure! Buena Vista is an up and coming destination hot spot in Colorado, with amenities galore and minus the crowds of other mountain towns!

**Starting 11/1/23 there will be construction in the backyard. If there is construction during your stay, you will receive an automatic 10% off the nightly rate. This discount will be given during your stay as a "money back" reimbursement. Construction should be completed by 6/15/24**

A great place to entertain the international in-laws
Wanted to find a lovely place to show a bit of Colorado that wasn’t too touristy but had a little of everything. We found the property very clean spacious and lovely location for a short stay.

Great stay in BV
We enjoyed our stay in the South Main townhouse. The coffee bar was well stocked and the floor plan (all 3 bedrooms upstairs) worked for our group. I loved the proximity to the Surf Hotel and the river. BV is a great location for fishing (we used David who worked out of the Up River Fly Shop - he was awesome!) and is close to Mt. Princeton Spa and Resort for those who want a spa day. It's a treat to see those mountain views!

Perfect location for wedding and beyond
This home is perfectly located for weddings at the Surf Hotel, enjoying the river, walking to town. It's quiet, and we enjoyed many hours catching up with our family on the shaded front porch. The house is well laid out with an open living/eating area on the first floor and bedrooms upstairs. It's clean, well organized, and super comfortable.

Picture Perfect
This house is wonderful and in a new adorable neighborhood just a few short blocks from the main strip. It’s right across from the Surf Hotel and river/trails which are both amazing. The house is clean and new and stocked with all the essentials. I stayed with my son and sister but there is plenty of room for a bigger group. I highly recommend this home and am so grateful we found it!

One of the best vacation rentals
From the proximity of the house to the Surf Hotel, to the cell phone chargers throughout the house, to the quality of the kitchen pots and pans, this was one of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The host was prompt in any communication. The house was very nice, and facilitated a fantastic experience in Buena Vista. Would stay here again without any hesitation.

GREAT TIME in BV, Excellent Rental!
We were in town to attend a family baby shower and enjoyed the weekend in this rental. The townhome is very well stocked, has a great layout and we LOVED the beds - all very comfortable. It is within walking distance of many shops, amazing restaurants and parks - so much to do, we could've stayed much longer. The open layout on the first floor was very relaxing and nice for our small group. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back. The communication and check-in was effortless, all information arrived and worked as promised. Be sure to try the home made Chai tea at Midland Stop Coffee Shop around the corner, it is the BEST!
