Relax with the whole family at this comfortable mountain home! Located just 2 miles from downtown Buena Vista, this spacious corner-lot property offers plenty of parking for ATVs, snowmobiles, trailers, bikes, and all your adventure gear.

The home features 3 bedrooms: a master with a king bed and private bath, a second bedroom with a queen, and a third with a twin trundle (two twins). The second full bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area. The living room opens to a relaxing deck and a large fenced backyard—perfect for pets, family time, and grilling out.

Guests have full access to the house and backyard. Please note the garage and one shed are reserved for owner use.

This quiet, tree-filled neighborhood offers beautiful views of Mt. Princeton and easy access to town. You’ll want a car for convenience, but walking or biking to Buena Vista is simple thanks to nearby bike lanes and trails.

We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a great location, walking distance to everything in town. The house was so clean and stocked with all essentials.

The location of the house is on a rather busy road and traffic corner. Traffic started by 5am and continued until after 10pm. This included semi]s, buses, vans, diesel trucks with trailers. All in all, not quiet or peaceful. Traffic has increased since our first stay a few years ago. The back deck is in a great location but is worn, the floor boards splintered in spots. One needs to wear shoes on the deck. The master bedroom king bed has a support that lifts the center of the mattress and creates a ridge in the middle of the bed. Cooking was harder than during the last visit, as there are limited pots/pans and few mixing/serving bowls. Overall, a nice safe place to stay in BV, just know what you are going to experience.
