Pros - Hotel was in a really handy location close to lots of bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and we were able to add late checkout to the room for free. The room was clean, however the holder for the shower head was broken so you had to hold the shower head while showering which wasn’t ideal - I assume staff were aware of this issue if the bathroom is cleaned so unsure why this wouldn’t have been fixed. The rooms are very badly soundproofed so you’re woken up all through the night and morning by people getting home and letting doors slam, and the windows to the room face out to the outside walkway so you can hear people loudly talking as well. The aircon also didn’t work so the room was unbearably hot and you couldn’t have the windows open due to the noise. Overall, not a place I would recommend to stay if you are a light sleeper as you won’t get any sleep at all sadly!

Convenient location close to public transport, heaps of eateries. The open-space in the mìddle of the property is cool and chill to rest. Breakfast is optional and there are several nice cafes nearby to explore.

Quarto bom e limpo. Ambiente barulhento e cortinas não fecham completamente (um pouco difícil pra dormir). Muitos mercados e restaurantes perto. Um dos recepcionistas um pouco confuso, mas muito simpático e prestativo. A porta lateral era possível de abrir, mas quando abre toca um alarme ensurdecedor e outro recepcionista foi super rude por eu ter feito isso (sendo que a porta estava lá sem nenhum sinal de que eu não poderia usar). No geral, se procura um lugar barato pra dormir e tomar banho, super recomendo. Eles tem restaurante também (não estava funcionando quando eu fui, mas tem!). Mas se quer um lugar pra descansar, talvez não seja a melhor opção.

Ok hotel but room was small.

Staff were very helpful from Reception to Repair team. Hotel was in good location near shops and transport. The room was a small double with en-suite. Bathroom was great . Large and modern. There was little space around the beds which probably accounted for all the marks on the walls.The room was showing signs of wear and tear with patches on paint, holes where hooks and hangers were missing so needed a refresh. The rooms down the corridor were being refurbished so maybe this room is on the list. Would stay again but ask for a twin rather than double.

Checking in was easy. Good English spoken. Lobby is very pleasant. Room was clean and above all quiet all night. Shower was lovely. Temperature perfect. Price we paid was really good value. After a reasonably late arrival on a Sunday we found plenty of eating options very nearby.

They should activate all the bunk bed charging sockets. It’s burdensome to have to move to another corner to be able to charge one’s electronics. Other than that , it is an excellent place. I highly recommend it.

Checked in at 2:30 am with no issues. The man on the desk dealt with us quickly. Overall all the staff were so friendly and spoke good english. The room was clean and very nice. Towels were provided and a hairdryer. Body wash and hand soap is provided. The location was perfect, it was about a 30 min walk away from the famous spa, 10 min walk away from good bars and about 20 min walk away from st Stephens Basillica which from there is a walking distance to the famous bridges, parliament and other land marks. It was not noisy at night. Overall, the the price was amazing i would definitely stay here again and recommend this to others!
