We needed more towels and I responded to the text sent to me but I was told when I called the front desk to tell them there a a huge hole in a blanket that I had to call the front desk for any requests then when waking up today the bathroom floor was wet water is leaking from the bathroom ceiling lite

Not so great of a stay.

Internet was down on arrival, didn't want to check me in even though I had a copy of the confirmation. Room was not clean, and after it was "cleaned" hairballs were on the bathroom floor. Feel like all that was done was that the linens were changed and the visible trash removed.

My keycard did not work. I had to go down to the office with all my stuff and ask for help, she proceeds to tell me that my cell phone is to close to the electronic device on the door? Like what? That has nothing to do with my card not working on the door. At checkout I wanted to use a different credit card than what i used to hold my reservation, was told that they already charged my card. I was very disappointed with the service and my room.

Pictures are deceptive

I didn’t ending up staying at hotel but upon being dissatisfied at check-in, was also told I couldn’t cancel. Location of hotel is strange - next to a semi truck repair area. Room doors all face exterior which didn’t make me feel safe. Pictures online are very deceptive. Didn’t pay to plan ahead this time! This was the most expensive hotel of my weekend travel and I didn’t even stay there.
