Casa Brisa Bucerias is an incredible 4 bed/4 bath home situated just three short blocks to the beach! It is also within walking distance to just about everything in Bucerias, from restaurants and bars to grocery stores and art galleries.

The front yard is private, gated and very large -rare for the area.

The backyard boasts a beautiful private pool and gorgeous landscaping, with plenty of pool-side lounge seating, as well as a covered porch.

Great spot, nice and private

Great stay, beautiful house, location was close to the beach. Have to go up and down a bit of a hill to the beach, but its a great location. House was clean and had everything we needed. Lots of parking in the font that's secure, and remotely gated. The pool and size of the yard in the back was great. It was nice and private. Area is safe and the beach is close. When in bucerias, Would stay again

Old World Charm

We love the house. It is so charming, much more so than the newer big condo complexes in the area. The location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and great restaurants like La Negra, Meet Meat, La Dolce Vita, and many more. The big yard and private pool were a big plus. Teresa and Lisa were very responsive an helpful. Thanks!

Beautiful house in a crate location in a wonderful town

We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and hanging out by the pool. Especially enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop balcony.

Great little home away from home.

Excellent location. Very comfortable beds! Kitchen and living area were great. Typical experience with water and plumbing. Showers had good water pressure. Dated bathrooms but clean. This property worked well for our vacation and is very close to everything!

The house is very nice but it needs a deep clean. The walls need to be wiped down as there several places that are not clean. The pool is beautiful and was so nice for all of us. The yard needs a good clean up as well. The loungers need a really good clean up and there are some broken chairs. .T

Great family home!

Great location and communication with property manager and owner. Teresa the property manager was so responsive. The lay-out of the house is perfect for families. Kitchen was large and an added bonus was 2 refrigerators! Outdoor space was beautiful. Would be all around 5 stars if pool area spruced up a bit with new floats, table and chairs, etc. Also a few drapes inside house should be replaced. Great family time!

Great House Close to the Beach & Restaurants

We had a lovely stay at this property with our family and close friends. It was our second visit to Bucerias. We enjoyed the proximity to local shops, restaurants in the beach. The house was a nice size with the bedroom layouts working for two separate families with children. The beds were very comfortable. The front yard was a nice place for the kids to play, which was gated and safe. The backyard is a beautiful oasis with the pool and loungers. We spent a lot of time between the beach and pool. This property does not have a dishwasher. Lots of handwashing for 8 people. We wish that the property manager would have left out a broom and general cleaning supplies for us to utilize during the week long stay. We requested it and were provided a broom and mop (no cleaner), so we had to purchase the supplies we needed. We also had to purchase our own bottled water, dish soap, and paper towels. They supplied one days worth upon our arrival. The Internet was very spotty but we managed to work through it. The property manager and owner was very responsive to our questions during our stay. We felt very safe at this house.

The villa is spacious and the pool was fantastic. The area could stand a deep clean as there were many broken pool toys and outside furniture unusable. The BBQ was really dirty but we were able to clean it and use it. Many empty liquor bottles behind the bar that should be thrown out. The kitchen was great and we cooked a few meals and had lots of room for 4 adults and 2 young grand girls. The kitchen could stand to be organized as pots and pans were scattered through out. I would have rated this place as 5 stars but because of the aforementioned I rated it down one. We would definitely stay there again. The Villa was quiet and we felt totally safe and were close to everything we needed. The property manager was very good and responded quickly.

Great location

We had an absolute fabulous time, the house was clean, well equipped, perfect for a group of people, beds were very comfortable. Close to the beach, close to restaurants. Teresa, the property manager was very easy to get a hold of if we ever needed anything. We would totally stay here again.

We visit Puerto Vallarta at least once a year. We decided to visit a town, Bucerias, that we’d not visited previously. It was lovely. The house was easy, safe and the location was perfect. Beaches, dining, quaint community. The property was very comfortable. Lisa and Teresa were great!

Bucerias getaway

We had a great time. Very clean modern house with tons of amenities. The pool was a great addition as it was hot out! Close to everything including a large grocery store that had everything you could need. The only negative was the bbq wasn’t working. We recommend this place to anyone.it would also be great if you had kids.

Great vacation home for 2 families

We stayed at this lovely home with another family of 4, a total of 4 adults and 4 kids. It was perfect for us! The pool was great, the rooms were spacious, the location was just a few short blocks to the beach. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the property, the breeze at night was nice. Very pretty gardens and hummingbirds all around in the early morning. Teresa was very accommodating with our questions, the kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed to cook a few meals too. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Long Weekend

Our overall experience with Casa Brias was excellent. Our host Lisa and/or Teresa were very quick to respond to our questions prior to arrival. The directions on to the Casa were extremely to follow. The Casa is located to many great restaurants and shopping, and is only 3 blocks to the beach. The property was clean and well stocked with all the necessities, and the private pool was glorious!! I would recommend Casa Brias and would definitely book there again. thank you so much Lisa, & Teresa for the lovely experience.

Great vacation house

We were 7people total and we never felt crowded. No bad surprises. The property manager Teresa was great, responsive and helpful. The location was good for us as we weren't looking for night life and plenty of restaurants within 5-15min walk. Great holiday was had by all! Would recommend!

Amazing Villa!

Great location, beautiful villa, rooftop terrace, relaxing pool, gated parking! What else could we ask for? WiFi worked well, laundry onsite, full kitchen with all the equipment you needed. The villa was also located walking distance to the restaurants and beach. Our favorite restaurant, La Negra, just so happened to be the closest! Also, there are pharmacies and a Chedraui grocery store in walking distance, but we used the cars for that. If we were to stay in Bucerias again, this would be the spot!

Lovely stay in Bucerias

The property is lovely and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped and newly renovated. The pool and back area are a great size, in sun most of the day. It is a big lot with both front garden/parking space and rear pool area. The beds are super comfortable, though it is worth noting while there are 4 baths and 4 bedrooms, both the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms, 2 each, share a bath, jack and jill style, there is no true ensuite. There are two other full bathrooms downstairs as well. Easily walkable area, with great shopping and dining options a 5 -15 minute walk. There is the one block hill to the house that is steep, but there are stairs on the sidewalk to help the climb and a pool to jump into when you get home! I love this town and its gorgeous beach, there is a lot of new development but it still has some small town vibes.

Nous louons des villas en famille depuis des années, et la Casa Brisa's a très bien comblée nos besoins pendant 14 jours. La maison est grande et bien entretenue. La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée, et les matelas sont confortables. Nous avons beaucoup aimé la piscine et le BBQ. Les communications avec les gestionnaires étaient agréables et nos questions rapidement réglées. La plage n'est qu'à une dizaine de minutes de marche, par contre ma mère de 88 ans n'a évidemment pas apprécié la pente abrupte des rues pour s'y rendre. Nos seuls réels inconvénients étaient l'odeur d'égoût de la salle de bain du haut, et le son des motos et camions venant la route principale, surtout tôt le matin. L'utilisation de la clim est recommandée pour ces rares moments. En somme, ce fut une très agréable vacance.

perfect amount of Mexican house for our family returning to Bucerias

Casa Brisas was the perfect amount of Mexican house for our family of four (kids 9, 12) and a set of well-traveled grandparents returning to Bucerias for the 10+ time. Seems like a Swiss Family Robinson chalet. The house manager was excellent, reaching out several times prior to our arrival, graciously accommodating an early check in, and securing early morning taxis. The house is within walking distance of all of Bucerias (Karen’s a few minutes away). The steep hill leading toward to the beach could prove daunting for some on the climb home, though there are plentiful taxis near the beach and in town to solve that potential issue. Negra is the local and the kids easily popped over to the OXXO, only a minute away. Well-appointed and thoughtfully stocked kitchen and terrific laundry. Charming bar. Played football in the lovely front yard. Enjoyed the warm enough pool with relaxing water sounds, ample poolside seating, and palapa reached via spiral staircase with terrific Pacific view. We never got the ventilation quite down for the upstairs bathroom. Would probably shower in one of the three first floor bathrooms in the future to keep the humidity down in that space. Good towels, never ran out of paper supplies, initial large water provided too. Felt like a home of a dear friend who thought of everything. Repeat visitors to the property included hummingbirds, a cat, butterflies, geckos, and a roster. No hospital, bar, or highway noise, just communicative neighboring dogs and birds, all part of the soundtrack of Mexico. We booked shortly before our New Year’s trip and were all quite pleased to have landed at this authentic property.
